Every participant is unique. We listen first, tailor supports to individual goals, and respect each person’s choices, routines, culture, identity, and lived experience.
As a family-run provider, we believe trust, communication, and genuine relationships are the foundation of great support. We aim to make participants and families feel heard, valued, and supported.
We focus on strengths, not limitations. Our role is to help participants develop confidence, life skills, independence, and meaningful community participation at their own pace.
We are committed to proactive, trauma-informed, and least restrictive approaches that support emotional regulation, safety, and long-term positive outcomes.
Compassionate Support Services Designed Around Your Needs
Every participant has different goals, preferences and support requirements.
EPA provides a range of disability and community-based support services that can be tailored to individual circumstances and NDIS plans.
Our approach is focused on dignity, choice, safety and building capacity wherever possible.
