Submitting a referral does not automatically confirm service availability. Our team will contact you to discuss the next steps and determine whether we can safely provide the requested support.

NDIS funding may be self-managed, plan-managed, NDIA-managed or managed through a combination of these options. The way your funding is managed determines who pays your providers and manages the relevant financial records.

Participants should provide current information about their:

  • Relevant support budget
  • Participant number
  • Funding changes or plan reassessments
